Ordering refills at Your Neighborhood Drugstore just got easier. That's because we now have Easy Fill, our touch-tone refill system.

With Easy Fill, you can phone in your Prescription Refills 24 hours per day, 7 days a week by using any touch tone telephone.

Follow these EASY steps:
1. Call Your Neighborhood Drugstore phone number
2. Press "1" to refill a prescription
3. Enter the 7 digit prescription # from your bottle
4. After voice repeats the #, Press "1" to confirm, voice confirms your name
5. Press "1" to confirm correct patient
6. Press "2" to continue
7. Press "1" to find out when your prescription will be ready to pick up

The phone line that keeps the line moving…With Easy Fill, your refills are automatically entered into our computer system. This allows our pharmacy staff to better serve you.
