Mini Apple Pies

Ingredients

1 can TOPS Crescent Roll dough

2 to 3 apples, cored and cut into wedges

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Serve with:

Tops Vanilla Ice Cream

Directions:

Preheat oven per instructions on TOPS Crescent dough package.

Place crescent dough triangles on baking sheet.

Mix brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg together. Sprinkle onto the crescents.

Put apple slices into a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 90 seconds (to help precook the apples).

Place one apple slice on the wide bottom portion of each triangle and roll up the dough.

Place the mini pies on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

Bake 10-12 minutes until golden brown.

Serve warm with a scoop of TOPS Ice Cream.
